How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are processed within 24 hrs.  We ship by Priority Mail and it is usually delivered within 3-4 days.
 
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our payment process goes through Paypal.  It is a very simple check-out.  You can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or through your Checking account.
 
 
Are all your items in stock?
Yes, we carry all of the items in stock.  However, some can be low and get sold out that day before we are able to re-stock it.  We usually can get them re-stocked within 3-5 days.
 
 
Do you have a catalog?
No, we don't have catalogs.  Our inventory changes each month so we wouldn't be able to do that.
 
 
What if I get something and it is damaged or I don't like it?
We want your customers to be completely satisfied.  We take careful measure to insure we are sending top quality products free of damage. When we get our produts from the wholesalers we check them out right away or we can't return them either.  So if for any reason you don't like the item you can simply return it within 14 days for a reund less shipping.
